Client: Penguin Random House

With the aim to illustrate the words of Daniel James Brown's new book, Facing the Mountain. We were asked by Penguin Random House to create a video that supported the author's words in revisiting the story of the Internment of Japanese Americans after the Attack of Pearl Harbor.

Design

For the design, the goal was for visuals to convey the emotions of upheaval, turmoil, and unequal treatment while also highlighting the inspiring tale of the survivors' unwavering spirit.
