Nebula

Client: Giphy Arts X Nasdaq

In 2019 Giphy and Nascaq collaborated with a group of artists to create a series of loops to be displayed on Nasdaq’s giant screen in Times Square, New York.

As one of the invited artists, I found inspiration in the concept of the loop itself. Specifically in space, in the creation of nebulas that are formed from the gas and dust expelled from the explosion of a dying star. This idea led me to explore the notion of death and rebirth as an endless cycle of existence but in a fun and abstract way that is very loyal to my personal style.
